Remove the fibrous parts of the leek and cut it into slices 1
1 cm thick. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
For the sauce, mix the egg, sour single cream and milk together, 2
stir in the cheese and season.
Put the potatoes, leek and sauce into the greased porcelain 3
dish and mix them together. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds
over the top.
Put the porcelain dish on to the original glass baking tray at 4
level 2 of the cold cooking space. Start the recipe. Combi mode,
top / bottom heat 200 °C, microwave 400–500 watts,
25–30 minutes, allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Tip
Replace half of the potatoes with pumpkin.

1 kg waxy potatoes
1 leek

180 g sour single cream
1–1½ dl milk
100 g grated cheese
